DEPOSIT A nonrefundable $35 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This fee is applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until deposits have been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in a forfeiture of the deposite fee. No-shows will require full payment. LATE ARRIVALS Clients arriving 5 minutes late will incur a $10 late fee added to the service total. Clients arriving 10 minutes late will have their appointment canceled and will be charged 100% off scheduled service. NO CHILDREN To maintain a safe, calm and professional enviorment for all clients, children are not permitted in the studio unless they're receiving a service. 3 DAY SERVICE GUARANTEE Your satisfaction is important to me. If you experience lifting, chipping, or breakage due to application within 3 days of your appointment, please notify me within that time frame. Repairs must be scheduled within the 3-day window and are complimentary for the affected nail (s) only.
